Studio Network¶
Studio Network makes your company and selected services discoverable to AI systems. An external assistant can find a suitable studio, inspect its public service catalogue, and submit a quote or availability request into that studio's normal sales workflow.
It is opt-in. Enable it under Admin → Company profile → Studio Network. Turning it off removes the company and its services from discovery without deleting the publication choices you already made.
What becomes public¶
The public profile contains the company description, the services you selected, and their prices only where you explicitly chose to publish them. A private price-list entry is not published merely because it exists. You control service publication from the price-list editor.
Studio Network does not expose CRM notes, email, drafts, internal project details, costs, margins, calendars, or agent activity.
How a request moves through Studio OS¶
- An AI system submits the buyer's name, email address, company, request, and desired timing. Buyer email is mandatory so Studio OS can create a real CRM client. There is no OAuth identity check: the MCP user supplies the address and Studio OS treats it as asserted contact data.
- Studio OS creates a normal client and deal and Kairi reviews the request.
- If information is missing, an approved clarification email is sent to the buyer. The same questions become visible to the requesting AI when it checks progress.
- Kairi prepares the quote. A draft is never public. An authorised sales reviewer—not only the owner—reviews and approves the email; for a Studio Network quote, that approval also sends it.
- Sending makes the quote and its acceptance action available to the requesting AI. Both stop working when the quote expires.
- Accepted work follows the normal win-confirmation flow. Once confirmed, Studio OS creates the project and can return a separate client progress link.
Availability is an assessment, not a reservation. For a combined availability-and-quote request, Kairi first checks delivery feasibility with Madis and then prepares one quote for review.
A useful operating habit¶
Keep the company description and public service catalogue clear, and publish only prices you are comfortable showing outside the company. When a Network request arrives, review the client record, Kairi's clarification or quote draft, recipient, scope, VAT, validity, and email wording before approving it.
The result is a short, controlled path from AI discovery to a real CRM relationship: the network finds the studio, while your existing people, agents, approvals, email, and project workflow remain in charge of the commitment.
